I grew up in Wieluń — a small town that taught me curiosity matters more than ready-made answers. As a teenager, I was fascinated by photography: learning to look carefully, find meaning in details, and frame a shot where others saw only chaos.
University and ballroom dancing gave me something that has stayed with me ever since: rhythm, partnership and precision matter — whether on the dance floor or in the boardroom.
For over twenty-five years I have worked with organisations across Europe, the Americas and Asia — in moments of growth, crisis and deep transformation. I built quality systems, led teams through changes no one had planned for, and implemented solutions that later scaled globally.
People I have worked with say I stay calm when others lose their heads, that I build where others only repair, and that I can always be counted on — always.
I believe that quality — in processes, in teams, in decisions — is not a cost a company bears. It is an investment that determines whether a company survives.
