"I worked with Mariusz while managing the quality of 10 European and South American plants for a large automotive components manufacturer.
Mariusz was the Plant Quality Manager of a very large and complex manufacturing plant, leading the quality organisation as well as the quality philosophy of the plant. We were constantly introducing new products into this plant, and Mariusz was successful in assuring new product development was well performed while also managing the quality system, manufacturing quality, customer quality and warranty quality.
